Risk disclosure

Trading CFDs, futures, forex and other leveraged products involves a high risk of losing money quickly. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Dark Quant provides software (Replay indicators) and analytics (the dashboard). Dark Quant does not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, trading signals, portfolio management or any investment service. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell a financial instrument.

Replay results are simulations on historical price data. They may not include all costs (spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage), they depend on the data of your broker and they do not guarantee future results. Screenshots on this site come from our own Replays and are shown for illustration only.

Privacy notice

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, platform, area of interest, message and any files you attach (screenshots, diagrams, rule documents). We use them only to answer your request and, if you order, to deliver and invoice it. Legal basis: your consent and, for orders, the performance of a contract.

Form submissions are stored by our host (Netlify) and in our mailbox. We keep them for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then delete them. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

The dashboard stores the Replay results sent by your Expert Advisor. It never receives your trading account login, password or positions.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Expert Advisors and automated trading

Expert Advisors (EAs) delivered by Dark Quant execute the rules agreed in writing with the client. They are tested in the MetaTrader Strategy Tester and on a demo account before delivery, but no test can cover every market condition, broker setting or technical incident (connection loss, platform or server outage, slippage, requotes, changes in spreads or margin).

The client decides whether, when and with what capital and settings an EA is used on a live account, and remains solely responsible for the resulting trades, gains and losses. The client should monitor the EA while it runs and start with small position sizes. Dark Quant does not operate, supervise or manage any client account.

To the extent permitted by law, Dark Quant's liability for an EA or a Replay is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in this notice limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Dark Quant name, logo, texts, indicators, Expert Advisors and screenshots are protected. Replays and EAs are licensed for the buyer's personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
